We give you an update on how the recent final Davis Tax Committee (DTC) Report on Estate Duty – if accepted by National Treasury and thereafter enacted into legislation – could affect your estate planning, your use of trusts and your will. We also update you on the Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme and why it is important to take advantage of this if you have any undisclosed offshore assets and income.
