How to access your statements on the Money app

  1. Log in to the Money app and tap More.
  2. Choose Statements and documents.
  3. Tap the arrow next to Statements.
  4. Confirm your preferred account.

Or you can log in to the Money app and tap Statements under My Widgets. You’ll also have the option to share your statement as you prefer.

Charges apply if you use certain channels or download statements older than 3 months.

How to access your statements on Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on Statements and documents.
  3. Click on Statements.
  4. Click on your preferred account.
  5. Confirm your preferred account.
  6. Click on Download.
  7. Click on Save.

Where else you can get your account statements?

  1. Insert your card.
  2. Choose More options.
  3. Select Print statements 
  4. Select Current statement (the past 30 days) or Three-month statement
  5. Select account.
  6. Select Proceed.
  7. Your statements will now print.
  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID.
  2. On the Overview screen, choose the account (current, savings or credit card account) for which you want a statement.
  3. On the Features tab on the left, choose the option to print your statement.
  4. On the next screen, choose the type of statement you want (for the past 30 days, the past three months or longer).
  5. Then continue to print your statement.

Good news!  You can now change your cell phone number with Selfie Verification. Continue to follow the registration prompts and select This is not my number to change your number.  If you already registered you can select More, then Settings, then Profile settings, then profile details. Click on the edit icon next to the Additional contact details section to update your cellphone number.

 

 

No problem. You can retrieve your username and password on the Money app and Online Banking.

 

To retrieve a forgotten username:

  1. Enter your South African identity or foreign passport number.
  2. An SMS with your Nedbank ID username will be sent to your registered cellphone number.

To reset a forgotten password:

  1. Enter your username.
  2. Accept the Approve-it message on your cellphone.
  3. Reset your password to one you’ve not used before and adhere to the displayed criteria.
