Easily manage devices linked to your banking profile. This is key for your safety.

 

Why? Criminals target phones to get access to your banking app. An old phone with your banking app could be a risk. Do you know where your old phone is? 

 

Steps to manage your devices:

  • Go to nedbank.co.za and click on Log in.
  • Choose Nedbank ID.
  • Log in with a QR code or with your login details.
  • Click on Security settings.
  • Find Approve-It, Nedbank Private Wealth and Money app devices.

 

If your phone is lost or has been stolen, act fast:

  • Immediately call 0800 110 929.
  • Contact your service provider to block your SIM card and handset.
