Nedbank will be introducing a new-look statement and letter from 1 September 2016. But that's not the only thing that has changed.

Accessing your e-statement has been made easier – you will now be able to open your home loan statements and letters using your ID number. This is a more convenient way to access your communications while still having the level of security needed to protect your information.

Please note: Joint bondholders can use either bondholder’s identity number to open the eStatement.  Juristic entities and foreign nationals will have to continue using their bond account number to open their home loan communications.
