- FATCA & CRS | Restriction status added to Client dashboard: Eclipse now clearly shows whether a client is awaiting restriction, restricted, or awaiting unrestriction, providing a consistent FATCA view across new‑to‑bank and existing clients.
JURISTICS ONLY
- Staff Portal | Apply linked to EPC: Selecting Apply on the Staff Portal now opens the Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC), ensuring applications use the latest approved products and rules.
- CEM Letters | Country of registration included: Generated CEM letters now include the country of registration for associated parties where available, improving accuracy and compliance.
- GAEM | Authorised Person addition restricted to Generate GAEM: Users can no longer add Authorised Persons while managing an in‑progress GAEM, reducing process errors and failed cases.
- DOA | Mandated Person changes restricted to Generate DOA: Adding or revoking Mandated Persons is now only possible during the Generate DOA process and within the correct authorised‑person context, improving auditability and compliance.
- Ownership and Control Structure (OCS)
– Capture age for lean records: When a full date of birth or ID is unknown, users can now capture a lean party’s age when adding a Beneficial Owner or Interim Owner to the OCS.
– Clearer Trust ownership messaging: Trust records now display clearer informational messages explaining why ownership shows as 100%, reducing user confusion.
