- Anyday Awards: is a flexible award, and has no restrictions, which means more unrestricted seats are available. And, where available, you are guaranteed a seat. This award requires more Miles.
- Mileage Keeper and Upgrade Awards: is a capacity-controlled
award and is subject to restricted seat allocations. This award
requires less Miles and change fees are applicable.
