Telephone Banking is a digital banking channel that makes remote banking possible at your convenience from anywhere. It provides automated 24-hour self-service banking or agent assisted banking through one of our consultants during specific hours.
You can access Telephone Banking using your digital banking profile number and 4 digit PIN. Your profile number and PIN allow access to all our digital banking channels: internet banking; mobile banking and Telephone banking.
Balances Enquiries. You can get balances of all your linked accounts, a specific selected account or get the detailed balance of selected accounts
Payments or Payment enquiries. Paying of your accounts including rent, rates and even SARS has never been so easy.
Transfers between linked accounts. You will be able to ’move’ money between your linked accounts with ease. Statements. You can get a mini statement telephonically or get a faxed or emailed copy of your account statement (from your own selected dates).
List of accounts or beneficiaries. You can link up to 99 beneficiaries that you would like to pay AND also load just as many bank accounts.
Change your PIN. If you suspect that you PIN has been compromised, you can change it via self-service (option 6).
