Both the credit and charge cards are fast replacing hard cash as an increasing number of consumers recognise the convenience of carrying a card rather than large amounts of cash. American Express® has over 76,5 million Cards in circulation worldwide. In 2006 alone $6,759 billion was spent using American Express plastic.

You don’t need a minimum turnover to qualify as an American Express® merchant.
You only pay your monthly commission. There are no additional costs.
American Express® has the same settlement lead times as Visa and MasterCard, and we settle directly into the merchant's bank account.
American Express® has the same Card-accepting process as Visa and MasterCard.
Our professional sales team offers personalised service to our merchants.
American Express® Cardmembers spend, on average, at least three times more than other bank cardmembers
