How to Redeem

• Only the primary account holder may redeem points on the rewards programme.
• Redeem 32 000 points for a R1 000 voucher towards Forex purchases at Amex Forex branches only.
  Excluding charges.

• We'll process your request within two working days.
• The Amex Forex branch will contact you.
• You need to produce your air ticket at the Amex Forex branch.
• No 3rd party redemptions are allowed.

• 1 500 Greenbacks = R50 contribution (Max 2 contributions per month)
• 3 000 Greenbacks = R100 contribution (Max 1 contribution per month)

• Only the primary account holder may redeem points on the rewards programme.
• Greenbacks can only be redeemed for annual fees on per card linked to the Greenbacks programme.
• The redemption should be done within one month after the card fee has been billed.
• Redemption will be processed within 2 working days and will be off set against that month’s fees.

• To invest for the first time you can redeem a minimum of 140 000 Greenbacks, which is equivalent to the minimum lump sum contribution of R5 000 that you need to invest in a Nedgroup Investments unit trust fund.
