Tip-offs Anonymous

Tip-offs Anonymous
Tip-offs Anonymous is an independently managed hotline service where stakeholders or employees are able to report unethical behaviour, questionable accounting or auditing practices and wrongdoings anonymously. It operates nationally 365 days a year with 24-hour 'live' answering in a number of languages.

Incidents that should be reported
  • Dishonesty, fraud and crime syndicate activities.
  • Disregard of codes of conduct and ethics or other policies.
  • Conflict of interests.
  • Complaints regarding accounting controls or auditing practices.
As we cannot call you back if there is insufficient detail, it is important to disclose as much information as possible, such as the following:
  • Names and telephone numbers of people involved.
  • Details of available witnesses.
  • Date and time of the incident, theft or suspicion.
  • Place where the incident occurred (be specific).
  • Any proof that may exist.
  • Amounts of money involved, as well as the nature of assets and their approximate value.
  • Whether the incident you are reporting is a regular occurrence.
