- Rather than drawing large amounts of cash to pay accounts, enjoy the secure convenience of electronic channels, such as internet or telephone banking.
- Use your debit or credit card when making payments or purchases, and eliminate the risk of carrying cash.
- Keep your eyes open for any suspicious characters in or around the entrance to branches.
- Don't draw more than you require and keep withdrawals as small as possible.
- Vary the days and times of your bank visits as well as the route you take to the branch.
- When paying wages, make arrangements for a specialist cash transport company to deposit the cash to your office, rather than drawing it yourself.
- Deposit large sums of cash at your branch rather than at an ATM.
