  • NedFleet Card

NedFleet consolidates detailed vehicle transactions from your fleet card into a comprehensive month-end report. For clients requiring more detailed reports daily reports can be made available via the internet.

NedFleet Business Managers provide a value-added consultancy to support your fleet management decisions, whilst our specialist team is always on hand to highlight any trends or discrepancies and assist with any questions or issues relating to your fleet.

A comprehensive suite of fleet cards that are vehicle-specific and offer a variety of services according to your business needs are on offer:-

        • Fuel, oil and toll card
        • Fuel, oil and maintenance card
        • Toll-only card
  • Leasing / Rental options

Nedbank offers asset management packages by way of full-maintenance leasing and operating rentals (Oprent) whereby the bank purchases vehicles selected by a client, which are then used by the client for a specific monthly cost. The management of Nedbank’s FML and Oprent offerings ensure time saving and cost reductions, enables Nedbank to negotiate better prices on your behalf, help reduce vehicle downtime and eliminates the risk associated with owning and managing vehicles.

    • Full-maintenance lease

The full-maintenance lease (FML) is a rental contract, with the rental inclusive of maintenance and repair costs. The duration of the contract will be determined by the anticipated usage of the goods and in consultation with you (this can be subject to restructuring if the need arises).

A NedFleet card is issued with each vehicle and the information that is gathered is consolidated into monthly management reports that are available online. Costs for the client’s account include comprehensive insurance, fuel and topup oil for the duration of the contract. The purchase and disposal of the asset is handled by Nedbank, as ownership remains vested in the bank at all times.

    • Operating rental (Oprent)

The operating rental (Oprent) is a rental contract, with the rental exclusive of maintenance, aimed at offering you hassle-free usage without the built in maintenance. The duration of the contract will be determined by the anticipated usage of the goods and in consultation with you (this can be subject to restructuring if the need arises).

A NedFleet card is issued with each vehicle and the information that is gathered is consolidated into monthly management reports that are available online. You carry the maintenance, comprehensive insurance, fuel and topup oil costs for the duration of the contract. The purchase and disposal of the asset is handled by Nedbank, as ownership remains vested in the bank at all times.

  • Managed maintenance

NedFleet will manage maintenance costs on your behalf, with the aim of providing a system and expertise that match your required level of maintenance management, thereby reducing your administrative costs and highlighting areas of potential savings.

  • Vehicle licensing and traffic fines management

NedFleet will queue at the licensing department and complete the entire process for you, as well as collect and return all documentation needed for the service you requested. The renewal licence and a complimentary disc holder will be delivered to your venue of choice by courier for your convenience.

NedFleet will also assist with the settlement of outstanding traffic fines and the registration and deregistration of vehicles.
