CA @ Nedbank — Chartered Accountant Training Programme

Over the past 12 years Nedbank has trained and developed a growing number of CAs, who are highly regarded wherever they make their mark, not only because they are inherently talented individuals, but also due to the 'finishing' they received in becoming young professionals.

When the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) reviewed the CA Training Programme in 2010, it was 'business as usual' for Nedbank, since our programme already contained practically all the elements of professional challenge that the new generation thrives on. The depth and breadth of exposure we provide to our trainees contribute to developing the insight demanded by a highly competitive global economy

When you join Nedbank, you start building your career from day one, as you are part of a real team, working towards real goals, learning from experienced leaders and receiving real support. No wonder that so many of our trainees build their future success on the sound foundation of a vision-led and values-driven organisation where trainee accountants are encouraged to make things happen for themselves.
