How can I get connected? In addition to your cellphone, all you need is a Self-Service Banking Profile number and PIN and/or Password. If you are a Nedbank account holder and currently use Internet Banking or Telephone Banking, you will automatically have access to Cellphone Banking using the same Profile number, PIN and password. If you have forgotten your profile number or have not used any of these services before, simply call the Self-Service Helpdesk on 0860 115 060 for further assistance. AS COST EFFECTIVE AS YOU'D LIKE IT TO BE SMS Banking is FREE † of subscription and transaction fees. Cellphone Banking WAP attracts the same transaction fees as you would pay on Internet Banking. There is no additional subscription fee for Cellphone banking WAP if you already use Internet Banking.
